Outputs Overview
How Outputs Work
Once data has been collected, processed, and analyzed, Redbird enables you to generate and distribute outputs in multiple formats for both technical and business users.
Outputs are produced as part of automated workflows and can be refreshed, updated, and delivered on demand or on a schedule.
Depending on your use case, outputs can be interactive, file-based, conversational, or integrated directly into downstream systems and infrastructure.
Output Types
Redbird supports the following outputs, configured and accessed using natural language or point-and-click:
-
AI Chat – Interact with your data using natural language to explore results, ask follow-up questions, and retrieve structured outputs.
-
Dashboards – Interactive visual reporting environments for ongoing monitoring and analysis.
-
Sheets – Interactive, spreadsheet-style outputs for structured data exploration.
-
Exportable Files – Automatically generate downloadable deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel files and PDFs etc.
-
Push to Cloud Storage – Automatically send outputs as files to cloud storage platforms.
-
Push to Data Warehouse – Push processed data back to your warehouse for downstream consumption.
-
Send via Email – Automatically distribute outputs to stakeholders via email either via attachments or links to dashboards.
This enables self-service access to insights and reporting without requiring technical expertise.
Each output type can be configured within a workflow and embedded into scheduled or event-driven automation.
Choosing an Output
The appropriate output format depends on:
- Your audience (analysts, executives, operational teams)
- Whether the output needs to be interactive or static
- Whether data should be delivered to a person or another system
- Whether outputs should be generated on-demand or on a schedule
