Simmons MRI

This guide explains how to set up access and collect data from a user's own account within the Simmons MRI platform, which provides consumer and audience research data from Simmons MRI reports. You will need to use your Simmons MRI credentials to log in to the platform.

Creating a Collection

1. Double-click on the node to enter configuration mode
2. Click the pencil at the top of the page to name your collection
3. Enter your credentials by clicking the cog next to the credentials drop-down. You should give your credentials a name to make it easier to refer to. Enter your Username and Password. Click Done. You can enter multiple credentials and select the relevant ones you wish to use for each collection in the credentials drop-down.
4. Choose the report you wish to pull data for from the Report dropdown. The data returned reflects the metrics, dimensions, and audience definitions included in that report, such as demographics, media consumption, brand usage, and attitudinal insights.

• Access to reports depends on your Simmons MRI account permissions
• Any changes made to a report in Simmons MRI will be reflected the next time the connector runs

5. Update Method allows you to select how you want your data to aggregate when you run future data pulls. Append keeps the historical data and adds the future data pulls below. Replace deletes the historical data and generates the new data in its place.
6. Initial Data Load allows you to upload historical data in bulk as a one-off in the event that you have the data saved on your computer. You can upload your data as a CSV file with no leading/trailing rows or columns and Redbird will run future data collections using the configuration that you set up in previous steps.
7. Click Done

Running a Collection

1. Click on the node.
2. In the right-side panel click Run
